We offer a comprehensive range of home care and support services, including Community First Services and Support (CFSS/PCA), homemaking and housekeeping, meal preparation, for individuals with disabilities.
As of October 1, 2024, Minnesota transitioned from Personal Care Assistance (PCA) to Community First Services and Support (CFSS).
CFSS gives individuals more choice, control, and flexibility in directing their care — including hiring their own caregivers and customizing their support to fit their needs and lifestyle.
Our services are available to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and people with chronic health conditions who need assistance with daily living activities or wish to maintain independence in their own homes. Eligibility may be determined through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) or a county case manager.
