​Special Transportation Services-MnDOT
We play a critical role in the safe transportation of the elderly and disabled.
We meet state and federal safety requirements, our goal is to make sure all passengers reach their destination safely.
On October 1, 2024. MN replaced, Personal Care Assistance (PCA) with Community First Services and Support (CFSS). These services provide assistance and support for people with disabilities who are living independently in the community. This includes the elderly and others with special health care needs.​
